Finally, the teaser of the much-awaited OMG2 (Oh My God 2) – the sequel to OMG 2 is out.
The Akshay Kumar, Pankaj Tripathi, Yami Gautam and Arun Govil starrer written and directed by the award-winning filmmaker Amit Rai seems to have changed the game…
While Akshay Kumar plays Lord Shiva, Pankaj Tripathi in an interesting twist plays asthikh (theist – believer of God) contrary to the original where Paresh Rawal played the atheist (non-believer of God).
What exactly will be the message, I cannot say but the following three thing are certain.
First Akshay Kumar as Lord Shiva is outstanding. Personally, I never imagined Akshay Kumar to be so striking as Mahadev.
Second writer director Amit Rai (award winning Road To Sangam starring Paresh Rawal, Om Puri and Pawan Malhotra) has done this unexpected twist surprising us and this makes OMG 2 not just a follow up but something different.
Third but of equal and to millions it carries prime importance
With OMG 2 – the downfall of Akshay Kumar is most likely to see the upward trend and its good news for Akki aka Khiladi Kumar fans all over the globe plus the audience and industry in general.
