Popular singer KK full name Krishnakumar Kunnath died after a live performance in Kolkatta.
Just hours before his death, the singer shared pictures of his concert at at Nazrul Mancha in Kolkata.
As per reports, the singer felt unwell after his performance at Nazrul Manch. KK was taken to the CMRI hospital in South Kolkata where he was pronounced dead upon arrival.
Delhi born Krishnakumar Kunnath aka KK (1968) will always be remembered for Tadap Tadap Ke from Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam and the ‘Pal’ from the album of the same name in 1999.
Aankhon mein teri from Om Shanti Om, Tu hi Meri Shab Hai from Gangster, Dil Kyu Yeh Mera Shor Kare from Kites and many more, KK captured love in all moods.
Taking to Instagram , KK shared several pictures from his gig at Nazrul Manch. He wrote in the caption, “Pulsating gig tonight at Nazrul Mancha. Vivekananda College !! Love you all.”
KK’s death has sent everybody in shock and grief.
Tributes from all the corners started pouring in from Prime Minister Narendra Modi to singers like Sonu Nigam, Harshdeep Kaur, actors like Akshay Kumar and music directors like Vishal Dadlani expressed grief and shock.
