OMG 2 trailer – The Akshay Kumar Pankaj Tripathi starrer is an enlightening, entertaining, evolving and educating cinema we all need.

Written and directed by award winning filmmaker Amit Rai ( Road to Sangam), the trailer begins with a voice over of Lord Shiva asking Nandi (Akshay Kumar) to help his ardent follower Kanti Sharan Mudgal ( Pankaj Tripathi).

In unique quirky twist, Kanti Sharan Tripathi has filed case against himself. The matter relates to his teenage son Vivek (Arush Varma).

It focuses on a sexual act by Vivek which gets questioned by his school authorities and the society and brings the family of Kanti Sharan Tripathi a lot of embarrassment.

The issue as reported is about sexual education amongst adolescent and Yami Gautam plays Kamini Maheshwari the lawyer against Kanti Sharan Mudgal.

It seems that the court room discussions will open up the prejudice and narrowmindedness about dharma and religion.

The values and reach of sanatan dharma, the importance of sex education seems to be the highlight and will be the talking point of this film.

Pavan Malhotra plays the judge and Arun Govil plays the principal of the school which debars Vivek from school.

From the trailer it seems to be a socially relevant film an enlightenment coming just before India’s Independence Day – 15^th August.
