The Night Manager part 2 review: Terrific, best Indian spy series till date

What: Three things are sure after watching the remaining three episodes of The Night Manager. One – The Night Manager is just terrific, the best Indian spy series till date on OTT. Aditya Roy Kapur as Shantanu 'Shaan' Sengupta in The Night Manager is enough to push his prospects as the next cool suave Indian James Bond we all wanted to have. Anil Kapoor as the charmingly deadly Shailendra 'Shelly' Rungta is an example on how bad can be so cool and dapper.

The Night Manager part 2 synopsis

The Night Manager part 2 review

It won’t be a surprise if I say The Night Manager season 2 fulfills all the expectations raised by season 1 in fact it excels in some areas than the season 1.

In was fearing that Shaan Sengupta may fall in the trap and get wooed by the exotic life style of Shelly and turn greedy but Shan sticks to his responsibility and morality. That makes him a Hero. Sometimes Hindi cinema or say Bollywood restores to such tactics but here Shridhar Raghavan writer of the Indian version of the British television series The Night Manager (2016) based on the John Le Carre's novel of the same name does complete justice and provides the depth.

Focusing on corruption, duty, responsibility, morality, lust, greed, nationality and more. Stylishly and tightly crafted by Sandeep Modi (also the creator) and Priyanka Ghose attain this unique achievement by having a slow burn spy/espionage thriller show but its pacy and gorgeous. Making The Night Manager the finest Hindi spy series on OTT.

The Night Manager is pure thrills, chills, cool vibes, exotic locales, action, emotion, love, lust, faith, fate, betrayal – it’s a complete entertainer.

Performance

Anil Kapoor is a treat an example on how cool, dapper yo can be as bad. Pure class.

Aditya Roy Kapur – well India we have our James Bond without any doubt. Aditya Kapur delivers his best till date.

Sobhita Dhulipala looks gorgeous and has something quite interesting in season 2.

Saswata Chatterjee as Shelly’s right-hand man is superb dobara.

Tillotama Shome is such a refined actress.

Resh Lamba is fabulous once again.

Ravi Behl had almost nothing to do this time.

The Night Manager part 2 final words

If you have seen The Night Manager season 1 than don,t waste a single minute, you wont be disappointed, if not seen season 1 then pls see and catch it. It’s a must watch. Very highly recommended.
